Services and quotations
Service descriptions, case studies, articles and any indicative budgets are general information and do not constitute a binding service commitment or formal quotation. Scope, fees, payment, timelines, intellectual property deliverables and maintenance are governed by the written quotation or service agreement accepted by both parties. These website terms do not replace an existing signed agreement.
Enquiries and demonstrations
The current homepage enquiry function opens your email application with a prefilled message. ATOM receives that email only if you send it. The online quotation demonstration does not send an enquiry, confirm an order or create a service contract. Do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into demonstration features.
Content and brand rights
Unless stated otherwise, website text, design and code created by ATOM are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may browse and make reasonable personal reference to learn about our services. Protected content must not be reproduced, republished or commercially used without the rights holder’s permission. Client and third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; displaying previous work does not imply endorsement of all website content.
Acceptable use and external links
